Collection: TeaHerbal tea with mushrooms and spices

Herbal tea is a ritual of its own for us, alongside matcha. We choose teas that bring herbs, spices and mushrooms such as chaga together in blends with a clear flavour. Fresh and minty, or lemony with a little heat from ginger and pepper: teas that taste of what is in them. Brewed hot or served cold as iced tea.

Herbal tea with character

Herbal teas have a long tradition. Almost every cuisine in the world knows infusions of leaves, flowers, roots and spices. We are interested in teas that take up this tradition and put it together in new ways. Some blends recall herb gardens, others spice markets.

Some of our teas combine herbs with chaga, a mushroom that grows on birch trees in northern forests and was traditionally prepared as an infusion. It brings an earthy aroma that carries mint, lemongrass or cinnamon well. We make sure every blend has a clear, distinctive flavour and does not taste of flavouring from a bottle. That keeps every sip close to the ingredients.

To brew, use hot water and let the tea steep for a few minutes. In summer it also tastes good cold, with a little lemon. Simply let it cool in the fridge. A spoonful of manuka honey goes well with it once the tea has cooled a little. Matcha is in Matcha Powder & Blends, drinks to mix in Drinks & Powders.
